Skating rink opens at Park City Center mall in Lancaster County

LANCASTER, Pa. —

The outdoor ice skating rink at Park City Center opens Friday afternoon in Lancaster County.

  • The rink will open with a ribbon cutting at 3:30 p.m.
  • The first public skating session will start at 4 p.m.

“It’s a wonderful addition to Lancaster County for the holidays and for the winter,” said Joel Cliff with Discover Lancaster.

The 60 foot by 100 foot rink is located in front of the old Bon Ton store.

“You can expect a winter wonderland filled with fun for the whole family including affordable skate rentals, free on-site parking, festive music, lighting, video and decor, delicious food and beverages, heated hospitality tents perfect for private parties, next-level entertainment, and a robust calendar of family-friendly themed events,” a statement on the rink’s website says.
